ebitdaa Return Policy
At ebitdaa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we gladly accept returns for a full refund under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility:
- Time Frame: Returns must be initiated and the items must be postmarked within 30 days of the original purchase date.
-Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Packaging: Please return items in the original packaging, if possible, to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse in good condition.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items (if applicable and explicitly stated at the time of purchase)
Return Process:
1. Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at ebitdaaclothing@gmail.com. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
2. Prepare Your Return: Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to send your items back to us. Please ensure the items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.
4. Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges:
If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original item for a full refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
